Salesforce Implementation Project Manager

Introduction:

The Salesforce Implementation Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of Salesforce CRM systems within the organization. They will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, track implementation activities, and ensure successful deployment of the CRM platform.

Responsibilities:

• Support Salesforce CRM implementations, business systems projects, project management, or commercial operations initiatives
• Lead cross-functional meetings, requirements gathering, and implementation tracking activities
• Work with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
• Conduct business process mapping, operational workflows, and change management principles
• Support user training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives

Requirements:

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, Project Management, or related field
• Experience in supporting CRM implementations or enterprise technology deployments
• Knowledge of business process mapping, operational workflows, and change management principles
• Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
• Experience in supporting user training, onboarding, and adoption initiatives
