The Role

• Deliver expert mechanical roadside repair, vehicle diagnostics, and emergency breakdown support.
• Provide quick, confident solutions and reassurance to members during breakdowns.
• Start and end your workday from home, tackling diverse roadside challenges.
• Undertake fault-finding, battery replacements, tyre changes, and more.
• Act as a trusted ambassador for the organisation, providing excellent member service.

What You'll Need

• Level 2 light vehicle maintenance qualification (or equivalent).
• At least 2 years' post-qualification technical, electrical, and diagnostic experience.
• A strong customer-focused approach and ability to remain calm under pressure.
• A full UK driving licence.
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
