Digital Analyst (Enterprise Systems)
Location: London (Hybrid)
Contract: 6 months
Day Rate: Up to £350 per day (Umbrella)
We're recruiting for an experienced Digital Analyst (Enterprise Systems) to join a busy ICT team supporting and enhancing a suite of enterprise applications. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a collaborative, multi-disciplinary environment, playing a key role in maintaining critical HR systems, delivering high-quality reporting, and driving process improvements across the organisation.
You'll be responsible for supporting core enterprise systems, producing complex management information, and working closely with business stakeholders to ensure systems remain secure, efficient and fit for purpose.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the administration, maintenance and development of enterprise systems, with a particular focus on iTrent.
- Design, develop and maintain mid to high complexity reports using SAP Business Objects.
- Perform data analysis, validation and reconciliations to ensure reporting accuracy and data integrity.
- Support system configuration, upgrades, enhancements and ongoing maintenance activities.
- Provide application support to end users, investigating and resolving system issues in a timely manner.
- Work closely with business users, technical teams and third-party suppliers to improve business processes and system functionality.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve the employee life cycle through system enhancements.
- Produce technical documentation and support knowledge sharing across the team.
- Ensure enterprise systems are secure, reliable and compliant with organisational standards.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Proven experience supporting and developing iTrent.
- Strong experience creating and maintaining reports using SAP Business Objects.
- Excellent data analysis skills with advanced Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets experience.
- Experience performing data validation, reconciliation and reporting.
- Strong SQL skills would be highly advantageous.
- Experience supporting enterprise or HR systems within a complex organisation.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Desirable Experience
- Experience working within the public sector or a large enterprise environment.
- Experience supporting HR and Payroll systems.
- Knowledge of service management or ITSM platforms.
- Experience working alongside external software vendors.
