Director Marketing Automation

Lundbeck is seeking a Director, Marketing Automation to lead omnichannel engagement strategies across our U.S. Pharmaceuticals business. Based in Deerfield, IL, this role designs and optimizes scalable automation programs that support HCP and patient journeys, integrating email, CRM, web, and paid media. You will own the marketing automation roadmap, oversee platform governance, ensure data quality and compliance, and partner with Brand, Sales, Analytics, and IT. This leader will drive personalization, measurement frameworks, and continual test-and-learn to enhance impact for our neuroscience portfolio and patient-focused mission.
