Account Executive - Government | Spring Valley, CA | Hybrid | $60,200.00 - $90,300.00 / year We're hiring for a leading provider of comprehensive site services, deeply committed to fostering partnerships that ensure customer success. The Role • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing government clients and build new accounts. • Prospect and generate leads within target government sectors to drive new revenue. • Identify opportunities for service expansion within existing parent accounts. • Present tailored solutions, product benefits, pricing, and value-added services to government clients. • Collaborate effectively with internal teams to ensure equipment availability, timely delivery, and optimal service. • Manage account plans within assigned regional/local territories to identify growth opportunities and enhance client satisfaction and retention. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of relevant sales experience. • A minimum of 5 years of sales experience, with at least 3 years in outside sales. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple clients in different sales process phases while maintaining service quality. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Excel, PPT, Word, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and sales CRM systems. • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and client relationship-building skills. • Ability to travel over 35% within the assigned territory and possess reliable transportation.
