The Role

• Perform routine administrative and clinical tasks to ensure smooth operation of medical centers.
• Measure and record patient vital signs, including patient interview and medical history.
• Prepare patients for examinations, assist physicians, and explain treatment procedures.
• Observe patients, report changes in condition, and perform non-critical medical procedures under supervision.
• Collect specimens, perform basic lab tests, and administer medications as directed.
• Maintain supplies, equipment, practice OSHA safety standards, and ensure accurate documentation.
• Process patient phone messages, return calls, and relay pertinent information to physicians.
• Provide health coaching to a defined group of patients to support healthy lifestyle choices.

What You'll Need

• Ability to effectively collaborate with team members, including physicians and other clinicians.

• Detail-oriented with the ability to maintain organized systems for patient flow.
• Ability to act calmly in busy or stressful situations.
