The Role

• Manage and administer Red Cross services for U.S. military members, veterans, and their families.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with military leadership and community organizations.
• Oversee volunteer engagement programs, including recruitment, training, and supervision.
• Ensure consistent delivery of services to clients and coordinate with military treatment facilities and VA hospitals.
• Develop and manage budgets, monitor program outcomes, and report on results.
• Conduct community outreach, including presentations and educational briefings to promote Red Cross services.

What You'll Need

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management or a related area.
• Strong computer skills, public speaking abilities, and excellent verbal and written communication.
• Proven ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with military culture, regulations, and protocols is a plus.
