• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements for mobile application initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, business stakeholders, UX/UI teams, developers, QA, and DevOps teams throughout the SDLC.
• Translate business requirements into Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.
• Facilitate workshops, backlog grooming, sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Perform gap analysis, impact analysis, process mapping, and business process re-engineering.
• Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), User Stories, Use Cases, Wireframes, Process Flows, and Functional Specifications.
• Work within a SAFe Agile environment supporting Agile Release Trains (ARTs) and Program Increment (PI) Planning.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to understand CI/CD pipelines, release management, deployment processes, and production support.
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage, and production validation.
• Analyze APIs, integrations, and data flow between mobile applications and backend systems.
• Support mobile application releases on iOS and Android platforms.
• Ensure requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in change management, stakeholder communication, and user training.
