Job Description
This is a full-time IT Services Engineer opportunity located in Scottsdale, Arizona with a cybersecurity-focused organization specializing in network visibility, threat detection, and active defense strategies. This role sits within a Managed IT Security Services team and combines hands-on support with infrastructure work across VMware, Linux, networking, and cloud environments (AWS/Azure).

Required Skills & Experience
3-5 years of experience in IT support, help desk, or MSP environments
Strong experience with Windows and/or Linux systems
Hands-on experience with Active Directory and Office 365
Understanding of networking fundamentals (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
Strong troubleshooting skills across systems, networks, and end-user environments
Ability to manage multiple tickets and meet SLA timelines
Desired Skills & Experience
Experience working in an MSP or client-facing IT environment
Exposure to cybersecurity tools such as EDR, IDS, or SIEM
Familiarity with compliance frameworks such as SOC 2 or HIPAA
Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
Experience with documentation tools like IT Glue or PassPortal
