Title                                       : Tanium Subject Matter Expert (SME)

Location                               : Palm Beach Garden, FL (Onsite)

Rate                                       :$50 on C2C

Relevant Experience (in Yrs.)    : 6+

Detailed Job Description:

· Seeking a Tanium SME with strong hands-on experience in enterprise patch management, vulnerability remediation, Windows/Linux troubleshooting, PowerShell scripting, and ITSM integrations. Must have expertise in Tanium Deploy, Patch, Comply, Interact, Performance, and Reporting modules.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design and optimize enterprise-wide patching strategies and maintenance schedules.

· Create and maintain Tanium Deploy packages, scripts, patch sources, and deployment templates.

· Execute patch deployments across desktop and server environments.

· Monitor patch compliance and vulnerability remediation using Tanium Patch and Comply.

· Troubleshoot patch failures and perform root cause analysis.

· Develop dashboards, reports, and real-time compliance metrics.

· Integrate Tanium with ServiceNow, SCCM, SIEM, and other ITSM/security tools.

· Manage service tickets, change approvals, documentation, and vendor escalations.

Mentor junior engineers and serve as the technical SME for patching operations.
