Spezialist (m/w/d) im Arbeitszeitmanagement und Dienstplanung | München, Bayern, Germany | Remote This employer is one of Germany's largest family-owned hospital groups, established in 1985 and operating 17 clinics alongside numerous outpatient facilities. A central administrative hub supports these locations, focusing on non-medical operations to ensure patient well-being. They are seeking a dedicated specialist to manage workforce scheduling and time management systems. The Role • Serve as the primary point of contact for all locations and colleagues regarding time management and scheduling queries, specifically using ATOSS ASES. • Analyze existing workflows in time management and drive continuous process improvement, with a focus on digital solutions. • Take ownership of sub-projects within workforce scheduling and actively contribute to the advancement of the ATOSS ASES system. • Manage and maintain master data, ensuring accurate representation of contractual and billing-related specifics for personnel. • Develop and conduct training sessions to support staff in effectively using time management and scheduling systems and processes. What You'll Need • A completed degree or vocational training in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a comparable qualification. • Ideally, prior experience within a Human Resources department, particularly in the healthcare sector. • A meticulous, structured, and independent work style with a strong attention to detail. • Excellent teamwork, communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively across various departments and locations. • Preferably, experience with scheduling software, ideally ATOSS ASES, and proficiency in standard office applications.
