Static BMS Service Engineer

BMS Static Service Engineer - Trend & Tridium Location: Central London Salary: Competitive + Package Type: Permanent We are looking for an experienced BMS Static Service Engineer to join a leading BMS business, working on a key commercial site in Central London.

Key Responsibilities Carry out planned and reactive BMS maintenance.<br />Fault-find and diagnose BMS hardware, software and controls issues.<br />Service and optimise existing BMS installations.<br />Work with Trend and Tridium/Niagara systems.<br />Liaise with clients and on-site facilities teams.<br />Complete service reports and technical documentation.<br />Identify potential system improvements and remedial works.

Requirements Strong experience as a BMS Service Engineer.<br />Proven Trend experience.<br />Experience with Tridium/Niagara.<br />Good understanding of HVAC controls and BMS systems.<br />Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.<br />Excellent communication and customer-facing skills.A great opportunity for an experienced BMS Service Engineer looking for a stable static role at a prestigious Central London site
