Systems Analyst

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce has a client that is seeking a Systems Analyst in Lakeland, FL.

Overview & Summary:
Our client is seeking a seasoned Systems Analyst with deep Infor ERP expertise to support and enhance enterprise financial and operational systems. This individual will serve as a key resource for application configuration, security administration, process automation, system support, and ongoing optimization initiatives across the Infor ecosystem.

The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with Infor CloudSuite and/or single-tenant Infor environments, with a strong emphasis on Infor Financials and Supply Management (FSM). Experience supporting finance-related business processes is highly preferred, while exposure to supply chain, HR, and other Infor modules is a plus. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex business problems, improving system functionality, and helping organizations maximize the value of their ERP investment.

This position requires a blend of technical and functional expertise, including configuration management, security administration, workflow automation, integrations, testing, documentation, and end-user support. Candidates should be comfortable translating business requirements into practical system solutions while maintaining a strong focus on system stability, security, and usability.

Key technologies include Infor Financials and Supply Management (FSM), Infor HR Talent/Global Human Resources, Configuration Console, Process Automation/Process Designer, Security Administration, Document Management, Mobile Supply Chain Management, and related Infor tools. Healthcare industry experience is welcome but not required for candidates with strong Infor and finance systems backgrounds.

Primary Responsibilities:
* Configure, maintain, and support Infor ERP applications and associated modules
* Manage Infor security administration, including custom roles, access controls, user permissions, and security classes

REQUIREMENTS:
* Strong experience supporting Infor ERP environments
* Experience with Infor CloudSuite or single-tenant Infor implementations
* Expertise in Infor Financials and Supply Management (FSM)
* Experience with Infor Security Administration and access management
* Experience with Infor Configuration Console
* Experience developing solutions using Infor Process Automation/Process Designer
* Ability to support both functional and technical aspects of enterprise applications

Preferred Qualifications:
* Functional Finance experience
* Functional Supply Chain experience
* Experience with Infor HR Talent/Global Human Resources
* Experience with Infor Document Management
* Experience with Infor Mobile Supply Chain Management
* Landmark Pattern Language experience

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
