Job Description

About the Role

We're looking for an AI/LLM Engineer to build end-to-end AI systems that power practical, high-impact features for an AI-driven sales automation platform serving distributors and manufacturers. You'll sit at the intersection of AI, ML, data engineering, and full-stack development — shipping work that directly moves the needle on company growth.

What You'll Do

  • Build, deploy, and optimize AI agents across the full stack, end-to-end.

  • Work with embeddings and fine-tune LLMs for classification and reranking tasks.

  • Optimize algorithms powering product search.

  • Apply RLHF and DPO techniques to align LLMs with human feedback.

  • Build scalable data pipelines to process large-scale unstructured data efficiently.

  • Harden and scale backend systems for reliability and performance.

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of engineering experience.

  • Strong hands-on experience with NLP, LLMs, embeddings, ML, and AI-powered applications.

  • Demonstrated ability to build and scale data and ML pipelines, including large-scale unstructured data.

  • Experience with RLHF and DPO for LLM alignment.

  • Full-stack development skills using React, TypeScript, and Next.js.

  • Experience with PostgreSQL and vector databases (e.g., Weaviate, Pinecone).

  • Familiarity with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP), and infrastructure as code (Terraform).

  • Strong computer science fundamentals.

Compensation & Benefits

Salary range: €90,000 – €200,000 annually. Visa sponsorship is available.

Location
