Location: Southern_California (Willing to Travel)
Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced MES Lead with a strong functional background in Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). The ideal consultant should have progressed through roles such as Project Manager and Solution Architect while remaining heavily involved in functional responsibilities, stakeholder coordination, business process mapping, and MES solution delivery.

The candidate must be capable of leading MES programs, driving functional workshops, managing client expectations, and translating business requirements into scalable MES solutions across manufacturing environments.

Preferred Qualification:

Experience in Pharma, Life Sciences, Manufacturing,

Exposure to MES platforms such as PAS-X, Opcenter, Rockwell, Apriso, Camstar, or FactoryTalk

PMP / Scrum / SAFe certification is a plus

Ideal Candidate Profile:

The ideal consultant should be someone who:

Started career in functional/project management roles

Moved into Solution Architecture responsibilities

Still works closely with business processes and functional delivery rather than pure technical architecture

Can lead MES programs from both business and delivery perspectives
