Job Description
Temu is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Talent to join our team. Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end HR operations, managing the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
- Administer payroll with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring proper timekeeping and compliance with all regulations.
- Ensure all HR policies and procedures align with local labor laws and support business objectives.
- Manage day-to-day office operations to maintain an efficient and productive work environment.
Required skills / Minimum Qualifications
- Around 3 years’ experience in Human Resources, with a strong understanding of HR policies and best practices.
- In-depth knowledge of local labor laws and internal company policies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proactive mindset, strong teamwork orientation, and sound logical reasoning skills.
