A leading digital consultancy delivering complex transformation programmes across the public and private sectors is looking for a Lead Product Manager (Data) to help shape and deliver innovative data products and platforms that drive meaningful business outcomes.

What You'll Have the Opportunity to Do:
  • Lead the delivery of complex data products, platforms and services.
  • Define product visions, roadmaps and priorities aligned to business goals and user needs.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to drive product direction and strategic decisions.
  • Translate business and technical requirements into clear product backlogs and outcomes.
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across product, engineering, data and analysis functions.
  • Partner with Data Engineers, Architects and Analysts to deliver high-value solutions.
  • Drive discovery, delivery and continuous improvement activities.
  • Coach and support Product Managers while contributing to product best practice.
About the Candidate

The successful Lead Product Manager (Data) will have:
  • Strong experience delivering data products, platforms or services within complex environments.
  • Experience working alongside Data Engineering, Architecture and Analytics teams.
  • A proven track record of product leadership, roadmap management and prioritisation.
  • Knowledge of data architecture, data modelling and governance principles.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience influencing senior stakeholders and aligning teams around shared goals.
  • A track record of leading multidisciplinary teams in Agile environments.
  • Consultancy, public sector or highly regulated industry experience would be advantageous.
