Job Description

Communications Compliance Specialist Location: Indianapolis, IN Hybrid / In-person

Required Skills:

  • 2+ years of experience in technical writing, digital communications, or web content.
  • 2+ years of WCAG 2.1 Level AA compliance experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with accessibility tools such as WAVE, Axe, or similar.
  • 2+ years of plain-language content creation.
  • Strong writing and editing skills.

Preferred:

  • Project tracking and progress monitoring experience.
  • CMS and web publishing experience.
  • Government, public health, or regulated-environment experience.
  • CPACC or WAS accessibility certification.
