Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with strong hands-on expertise in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), model development, training, and re-training. The ideal candidate will have experience building and deploying traditional AI/ML models and applying advanced data science techniques to solve complex business and technical problems.

Experience with AWS SageMaker, Google Vertex AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI is highly preferred. Candidates with experience in Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Data, or Radiology/Medical Imaging will be strongly preferred.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience as a Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist.
• Proven experience developing and implementing traditional AI/ML models.
• Strong experience with machine learning model training, evaluation, tuning, and re-training.
• Experience with common ML algorithms, statistical modeling, feature engineering, and model validation.
• Strong programming skills in Python and experience with relevant data science/ML libraries.
• Experience working with large datasets and performing data analysis.
• Strong understanding of the complete ML lifecycle, from data preparation through deployment and monitoring.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on experience with AWS SageMaker.
• Experience with Google Vertex AI.
• Experience developing solutions using Generative AI.
• Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
• Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, or AI-based applications.
• Life Sciences / Healthcare industry experience.
• Experience working with clinical data.
• Experience with radiology, medical imaging, or healthcare imaging datasets.
• Experience with cloud-based AI/ML platforms and MLOps.
