The Role • Drive canvassing-based marketing initiatives to generate sales leads for sales representative follow-up. • Recruit, hire, train, and develop a team of Field Canvassers, creating accountability through marketing goals and KPIs. • Manage permit requirements in assigned territories to ensure compliance with local ordinances and regulations. • Track and report canvassing lead generation metrics to evaluate performance and ROI of the territory. • Manage a multi-team territory to generate customer leads. • Collaborate with local operations and installation managers to grow brand presence. What You'll Need • High school diploma or equivalent. • 2+ years of management experience in field canvassing for a direct-to-consumer industry. • Experience in customer service and/or sales. • Experience in lead generation, experiential marketing, and/or field canvassing. • Proven ability to recruit, onboard, and train marketing and canvassing staff. • Ability to work outside in varying climates and work evenings and/or weekends.
