Senior SAP Joule Administrator / SAP Business AI Platform Lead

Experience

• 10+ years SAP Basis, SAP BTP, SAP Security, or SAP Platform Administration
• 3+ years SAP BTP administration experience
• Hands-on implementation of SAP Joule in at least 1-2 enterprise environments
• Experience supporting global SAP landscapes across S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, Concur, SAP Build, and SAP BTP
• Experience managing AI governance, security, and compliance programs

Job Summary

Seeking a Senior SAP Joule Administrator to lead the deployment, administration, governance, security, and operational support of SAP Joule across a global enterprise. The ideal candidate has successfully implemented and scaled Joule within complex SAP ecosystems and understands enterprise AI governance, identity management, BTP administration, and business adoption strategies. SAP provides administration capabilities through the Joule Admin Center and SAP BTP-based role management.

Responsibilities

Platform Administration

• Configure and administer SAP Joule tenants
• Manage Joule Admin Center configurations
• Provision and manage environments across DEV, QA, and PROD
• Configure tenant-level settings and enterprise policies
• Monitor platform health and usage metrics
• Manage upgrades and feature releases

Security & Governance

• Implement RBAC and authorization concepts
• Configure IAS, IPS, SSO, and identity federation
• Establish AI governance policies
• Partner with cybersecurity teams for compliance reviews
• Manage audit readiness and AI risk controls
• Ensure adherence to GDPR, SOX, HIPAA, and internal governance requirements

SAP Landscape Integration

• Integrate Joule with:
• SAP S/4HANA
• SAP SuccessFactors
• SAP Ariba
• SAP Concur
• SAP Build
• SAP BTP Services
• Coordinate with Basis, Integration, and Security teams

Adoption & Operations

• Define enterprise rollout strategy
• Create support models and runbooks
• Develop KPI dashboards
• Track adoption and business value realization
• Lead training and enablement programs

AI Governance

• Define prompt governance standards
• Manage AI usage monitoring
• Review custom skills and agent deployment approvals
• Partner with legal and compliance stakeholders
