The Role • Receiving and inspecting incoming goods for identity, quantity, and condition. • Transporting goods within the warehouse using manual methods, pallet trucks, or forklifts. • Picking, packing, and verifying outgoing shipments. • Managing proper invoice reconciliation in the shipping department. • Preparing goods for delivery drivers, counter service, and logistics partners. • Conducting ongoing inventory counts under guidance. • Completing outbound tours and preparing accompanying documentation. • Handling customer claims and returns.
