We're Hiring: Lead Developer | Delphi | IBM DB2 | Enterprise Applications

We are seeking an experienced Lead Developer to join our team as a key technical leader responsible for delivering enterprise software solutions across the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). This role is ideal for professionals with strong technical leadership experience and expertise in legacy client-server environments.

Lead technical design, development, and implementation of enterprise applications
Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across project teams
Gather and analyze business requirements with clients and stakeholders
Design software architecture, conceptual data models, and technical solutions
Produce SDLC artifacts including Use Cases, Data Flow Diagrams, Activity Diagrams, and Sequence Diagrams
Manage software development, testing, deployment, and post-production support
Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvements
Perform project estimation, release planning, and technical oversight throughout project execution

Extensive experience leading enterprise software development projects across the full SDLC
Strong background in client-server application development and maintenance
Hands-on programming experience with Delphifor legacy desktop applications
Deep expertise with IBM DB2 database development and optimization
Experience with the Automated Support Package (ASP) framework
Strong experience managing Global ECSenterprise job scheduling in distributed environments
Expertise in software architecture, system analysis, business analysis, and technical documentation
Excellent leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills

Experience with enterprise claims processing systems
Strong understanding of software configuration management and engineering best practices
Experience working in large-scale enterprise or government environments
