The Role • Lead and mentor a team of service technicians, ensuring high performance and quality. • Oversee daily operations of the service department, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction. • Train and develop technicians on standard and complex repair procedures. • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and safety standards. • Monitor and work towards achieving branch and personal key performance indicators (KPIs). • Maintain tools, equipment, and the workshop in excellent condition. What You'll Need • Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a technical service environment. • Strong understanding of automotive glass repair and replacement techniques. • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to understand and address customer needs. • Capability to identify and promote value-added products and services. • Demonstrated ability to work towards and achieve performance targets. • Familiarity with company policies and procedures.
