We're looking for an experienced Enterprise Architect - Applications & Data to play a pivotal role in shaping our technology landscape and data strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to influence enterprise-wide architecture, ensuring our applications, data platforms and technology investments support our strategic ambitions. Working across both technical and business teams, you'll provide architectural leadership, establish best practice, and help deliver secure, scalable and future-ready solutions.

What You'll Be Doing

As our Enterprise Architect, you'll:

• Develop and maintain the enterprise application and data architecture roadmap.
• Define architecture principles, standards and best practices across applications and data platforms.
• Provide architectural leadership on strategic technology projects and digital transformation initiatives.
• Design and optimise data flows across enterprise systems, ensuring integrity, governance and scalability.
• Collaborate with solution architects, developers and business stakeholders to ensure technology aligns with organisational goals.
• Review and simplify existing application landscapes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Support the integration of cloud-based and on-premise technologies.
• Ensure architecture decisions consider security, compliance, resilience and performance.
• Produce high-quality architecture documentation, technical roadmaps and solution diagrams.

About You

You'll be an experienced Enterprise Architect with a strong background in applications and data architecture, capable of translating business needs into practical technical solutions.

You'll bring:

• Proven experience in an Enterprise Architect role with a focus on applications and data.
• Strong knowledge of enterprise application architecture and integration patterns.
• Experience designing and managing complex enterprise data flows.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake as an enterprise data platform.
• Excellent understanding of data modelling, governance and architecture principles.
• Experience working within cloud environments and modern data ecosystems.
• Outstanding stakeholder management and communication skills.
• The ability to influence technical and non-technical audiences alike.

It would be great if you also have:

• TOGAF or experience working with enterprise architecture frameworks.
• Knowledge of APIs and integration platforms.
• Experience supporting large-scale digital transformation programmes.
• Familiarity with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Understanding of data security, GDPR and information governance.
