The HR Ally in Melbourne seeks an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Test Lead / Senior Test Analyst to drive testing across Employee Central implementations and Hire-to-Retire transformations.
You will design test scenarios from HR outcomes, validate HR workflows and rules, engage HR stakeholders, and lead functional, integration and end-to-end testing, including UAT support and defect management.
