The role

As a Paraplanner, you'll work closely with Financial Advisers to support the development and delivery of comprehensive financial planning solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing detailed suitability reports and supporting documentation
  • Analysing client information and financial data
  • Assisting with the development of tailored financial strategies
  • Supporting financial planning across areas including investments, cash flow planning and risk
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records
  • Working closely with advisers to ensure recommendations are clearly documented
  • Ensuring documentation meets relevant compliance and regulatory standards
  • Communicating with clients and colleagues throughout the advice process
  • Managing workloads and follow-ups to ensure cases progress efficiently

What are we looking for?

  • Previous paraplanning experience within financial planning or wealth management
  • Diploma in Financial Planning or an equivalent qualification
  • Good knowledge of financial planning principles and processes
  • Strong report writing and analytical skills
  • Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workloads effectively
  • Good IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • A professional and client-focused approach
