The Role • Lead the promotion of the psychiatry portfolio, executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and implement data-driven business plans, allocating resources effectively to maximize sales performance within the assigned territory. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, functioning as a total office account manager. • Apply deep therapeutic area expertise and market insights to identify and prioritize unique sales opportunities. • Navigate and manage reimbursement dynamics, addressing payer access issues with relevant company resources. • Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical industry regulations, company policies, and FDA guidelines. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Demonstrated ability to excel in product training and maintain annual certification. • Strong work ethic, tenacity, and outstanding communication and problem-solving skills. • Adaptability to embrace change and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in data analysis and computer skills for setting business objectives. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
