Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Data Scientist with expertise in Retail Supply Chain and Demand Forecasting. The ideal candidate will build and deploy machine learning models to improve demand planning, inventory optimization, and supply chain performance.

Required Skills

• Data Science & Machine Learning experience
• Retail Supply Chain/Demand Forecasting experience
• Strong Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn) and SQL
• Time Series Forecasting (ARIMA, Prophet, XGBoost, LightGBM, LSTM)
• Inventory Optimization, Forecasting, Statistical Modeling
• Experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Preferred Skills

• Databricks, PySpark, Snowflake
• MLflow, Docker, Kubernetes
• Power BI or Tableau
• Retail industry experience (Walmart, Target, Amazon, Costco, Kroger, etc.)
