Description

Ever Nimble is seeking an IT Support Technician to join the Reactive Support team in the Southport office. The role involves providing first and second line technical support, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and ensuring high quality customer service.

About you
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support
  • Familiarity with hardware components including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed (via company Uber account)

  • Provide first and second line technical support to customers
  • Support hardware equipment including laptops, desktops, servers, storage devices, and network devices
  • Support a wide range of software across many industries
  • Handle on site visits for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs
  • Escalate issues to Senior Technicians or vendors when necessary
  • Maintain knowledge of the latest hardware and software trends and technologies
Customer Service
  • Communicate effectively with clients in person and on the phone
  • Provide advice to non technically minded customers
  • Respond to service issues and requests in a timely manner
  • Proactive problem solving with attention to detail
