Job Summary:

Value Technology is seeking an experienced Senior Pega Developer with strong expertise in designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade BPM and Case Management solutions using the Pega Platform. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in Pega application architecture, workflow automation, integrations, and production support within large-scale enterprise environments.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with at least 6+ years of hands-on experience in Pega development.
• Strong experience working with Pega PRPC, Case Management, and BPM solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Pega Infinity (8.x) platform.
• Pega Certified Senior System Architect (CSSA) certification preferred.
• Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification is a plus.

Required Technical Skills:

• Strong expertise in Pega application development, configuration, and customization.
• Experience in designing scalable workflows, business rules, decision tables, and case management solutions.
• Extensive experience with Pega integrations including REST, SOAP, JMS, and external databases.
• Hands-on experience in creating and managing:

• Experience in Pega security implementation including access groups, roles, privileges, and authentication mechanisms.
• Strong understanding of Pega deployment methodologies and DevOps practices.
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, Git, Bitbucket, and deployment pipelines.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience working with Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL databases.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement enterprise-level business process management solutions using the Pega platform.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical design specifications and application solutions.
• Develop reusable components, frameworks, and integration services within Pega applications.
• Configure and customize case management workflows, business rules, and decision strategies.
• Design and develop REST/SOAP integrations with internal and external applications.
• Participate in application architecture discussions and provide technical recommendations.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.
• Develop unit test cases and support system integration and user acceptance testing activities.
• Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, QA teams, and offshore/onshore development teams.
• Support application deployments, production releases, and environment management activities.
• Participate in performance tuning, security enhancements, and application modernization initiatives.
• Prepare technical documentation, design artifacts, and operational support documents.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance to project teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience working in large enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and cloud platforms.
• Experience with container technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage.
• Exposure to AI-driven workflow automation and decisioning solutions.
