Business Analyst

Business analysis & requirements support: Gather information via interviews, workshops, document reviews, and research; translate findings into process diagrams, user stories, business rules, and functional descriptions; help maintain requirements traceability throughout the project lifecycle.

Documentation: Draft and maintain current state / future state process maps, SOPs, requirements summaries, and system documentation using approved templates and consistent terminology.

Testing & validation support: Prepare UAT test cases, participate in execution, document results, and communicate findings for review and resolution.

Training & implementation assistance: Contribute to end-user training materials and train the trainer sessions; observe workflow impacts, gather user feedback, and share insights to support adoption and continuous improvement.

Other duties as assigned to support program objectives and timelines.

Experience supporting large-scale modernization programs or enterprise initiatives; familiarity with data governance/privacy/security practices.

Project/change management and facilitation skills (workshops, consensus building).

Background working with relational or cloud-based data platforms; ability to translate technical concepts for business audiences.
