Salesforce Release Manager – AutoRABIT

Introduction:

The Salesforce Release Manager – AutoRABIT plays a crucial role in managing the release and deployment processes for Salesforce applications. They will work closely with the development, QA, and production support teams to ensure smooth and efficient releases.

Responsibilities:

• Manage releases across Dev, QA, UAT, Staging, and Production environments.
• Implement CI/CD practices and deployment automation for Salesforce applications.
• Utilize AutoRABIT ARM for release management and DevOps processes.
• Coordinate release planning, deployment, validation, rollback, and production support activities.
• Troubleshoot deployment issues related to Salesforce metadata, dependencies, and branching/merging.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and collaborate in an Agile/Scrum environment.

Requirements:

Required:

• 10+ years of overall IT experience with strong Salesforce experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce Release Management/DevOps.
• Hands-on experience with AutoRABIT ARM – Mandatory.
• Expertise in Salesforce CI/CD, deployment automation, and release management.
• Experience with Git, GitHub/GitLab/Bitbucket, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
• Experience with Salesforce CLI/SFDX and Metadata API.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce metadata, dependencies, and deployment troubleshooting.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and Agile/Scrum experience.

Preferred: Salesforce certifications and experience with Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or other Salesforce DevOps tools.
