A genuinely interesting opportunity for an experienced Senior Project Manager to join a well-established, relationship-led construction business delivering high-quality projects across London and the Southeast.

The business has built a strong reputation through long-term client relationships, quality delivery, and a collaborative culture. Projects range from complex refurbishments, and restructuring works through to listed buildings, heritage environments, extensions, and high-end commercial schemes.

The role will suit someone who enjoys taking ownership and being involved in the full project lifecycle, leading teams, managing programmes, building strong stakeholder relationships, and driving projects through to successful completion.

Key requirements:

• Experience delivering London-based projects circa £3m–£20m

• Strong refurbishment, conversion, extension, or restructuring experience

• Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills

• Commercial awareness and programme management capability

• Able to lead teams whilst remaining hands-on when needed

Salary c£90k–£110k + package
