Job description

Job Title: RFX Proposal Manager
Location: Remote, UK
Employment Type: Fixed-Term Contract (FTC)

The Role
We are seeking a strategic RFX Proposal Manager to drive the end-to-end execution of competitive sales pursuits. Acting as a central project manager, you will guide cross-functional teams and leverage AI tools to create compelling, highly accurate sales narratives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proposal Leadership: Own the full lifecycle of competitive RFPs and RFIs from initial intake to final, on-time submission.
  • AI Orchestration & Quality Control: Direct AI systems to scaffold customized proposal drafts, acting as the essential "human-in-the-loop" to eliminate hallucinations, ensure 100% compliance, and verify factual accuracy.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Drive accountability across Sales, Pricing Desks, and Solution Consulting while proactively mitigating technical and commercial risks.
  • Knowledge Management: Capture competitive discriminators and successful narratives post-submission to continually update our central knowledge library.

Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of experience in bid management, proposal writing, or sales support.
  • AI Fluency: Demonstrable hands-on experience with AI-powered RFP software, LLM workflows, and strategic prompt engineering.
  • Skills: Exceptional writing abilities to synthesize technical information into clear, outcome-led customer value stories.
  • Tech Stack: Proficiency in Loopio, Google Applications, and Salesforce.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; APMP certification is highly preferred.
