Administrator – Ongoing Temporary Role
Location:
Between Bicester and Aylesbury Pay Rate:
£13.00 per hour Hours:
Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm
Pertemps are currently recruiting for an experienced
Administrator
to join one of our well-established clients based in Aylesbury. This is an ongoing temporary position with a minimum expected duration of
3 months , with the potential to be extended depending on business needs.
Working within a busy
construction environment , you will play a key role in supporting the day-to-day administrative functions of the site, ensuring processes run efficiently and documentation is kept up to date.
Key Responsibilities:
Providing general administrative support to the site and office teams.
Answering and directing telephone calls and responding to email enquiries.
Maintaining accurate records and updating internal databases.
Processing orders.
Preparing reports, spreadsheets and other documentation.
Filing and organising site paperwork.
Supporting the wider team with ad hoc administrative duties as required.
What We're Looking For:
Previous administration experience is essential.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
Professional communication skills and a positive, can-do attitude.
Experience working within a construction, engineering or industrial environment would be advantageous, but is not essential.
Essential Requirements:
You must have your
own transport , as the client's location is not easily accessible by public transport.
Availability to commit to an ongoing temporary assignment for a minimum of 3 months.
