Our established brand boasts over 200 locations across German-speaking countries, serving more than 450,000 members with diverse studio concepts catering to various market needs. The Role • Build and lead your own fitness studio, taking full entrepreneurial responsibility. • Manage all aspects of studio operations, including personnel, revenue, costs, and quality. • Lead, motivate, and develop your team of employees. • Drive local marketing initiatives and member acquisition strategies. • Ensure an exceptional studio experience for all members. • Uphold and implement EASYFITNESS brand and quality standards.
