Technical Support Tech - Technical Support Tech I
Location: Fairless Hills, Pennsylvania (Onsite)
COMPENSATION: $22 - $28 HOURLY
Role Overview
This role provides essential technical support to end users for a variety of issues. The position involves identifying, researching, and resolving technical problems through various channels, including telephone calls and email. The successful candidate will document, track, and monitor issues to ensure timely resolution while working under immediate supervision.
Key Responsibilities
Education: An associate's degree in a related area may be required.
Experience: 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area is required.
Technical Skills: Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within the technical support field is necessary.
Work Environment
This is an onsite position with a required work schedule. Available shifts are Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, or Wednesday through Saturday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM.
