Job Description
JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an experienced Technology Support Lead (Production Support/SRE) to bolster the stability and resiliency of eTrading platforms across FICC.
You will provide production support for critical eTrading services used globally, partnering with Front Office, Operations, and technology teams. You will act as the tech liaison for trading and operations stakeholders in APAC and beyond, lead incident management, perform RCA, drive preventive actions, and advance automation
