Java Full Stack Developer (Exp level- 10+ Years)-Full time-Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, React/Angular, Cloud-Native Technologies, and L3 Production Support. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience supporting hyperscale applications in highly regulated environments, along with expertise in automation, observability, messaging, and continuous delivery.

The candidate will be responsible for both application development and advanced production support, driving operational excellence, automation, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Full Stack Development

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices.
• Develop responsive frontend applications using React.js or Angular.
• Build and consume RESTful APIs.
• Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-performance application components.
• Participate in code reviews and follow enterprise coding standards.

L3 Production Support

• Provide advanced L3 Production Support for high-volume, hyperscale applications.
• Troubleshoot complex application, infrastructure, integration, and performance issues.
• Lead incident, problem, and change management activities.
• Perform detailed Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for recurring production issues.
• Work closely with application, infrastructure, DevOps, and business teams to resolve critical incidents.
• Ensure application availability, stability, and operational efficiency.

Cloud & Containerization

• Deploy and manage applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code tools such as:
  • Terraform
  • AWS CloudFormation
• Support cloud-native applications across AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform environments.
• Contribute to application scalability, resiliency, and performance improvements.

Messaging & Integration

• Develop and support event-driven applications using:
  • Apache Kafka
  • IBM MQ
  • Other enterprise messaging platforms
• Troubleshoot message processing, integration failures, and connectivity issues.
• Support asynchronous and distributed application architectures.

Monitoring & Observability

• Monitor application performance and system health using:
  • Datadog
  • AppDynamics
  • Dynatrace
