Hiring: Databricks Manager
Location: Remote - United States
Key Skills & Experience:
15+ years of IT experience with strong delivery/program management experience
Proven experience managing Databricks delivery teams and large technical teams
Strong hands-on knowledge of Databricks, Apache Spark, Delta Lake & Lakehouse Architecture
Experience with Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform
Strong background in Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Data Warehousing & Cloud Data Platforms
Experience managing multiple concurrent projects, budgets, resources, risks & timelines
Strong Agile/Scrum delivery experience
Experience leading distributed/global teams
Excellent stakeholder, client & executive communication skills
Experience with enterprise-scale data modernization/cloud migration programs is a plus
Nice to have: Unity Catalog, Databricks Workflows/Lakeflow, Kafka, CI/CD, Git & Data Governance
