• Gather, analyse, and document requirements, converting business objectives into clear technical specifications, data mappings, and rules to support reporting, analytics, and integration.
• Work closely with business and technical teams to ensure shared understanding, align priorities, and deliver data solutions that meet organisational goals.
• Support data governance, ensure data accuracy, maintain documentation, track deliverables, and identify opportunities to enhance data processes and decision-making.
• You will manage day-to-day priorities, proactively suggest improvements, and make decisions within agreed plans-escalating complex or sensitive issues when needed.
• Report to a manager, work independently without direct reports, and follow organisational financial and governance frameworks.
• Use data, systems, and problem-solving skills to translate requirements, support delivery (including Agile practices), and clearly communicate technical concepts to diverse stakeholders.
