Multi-Specialty Account Manager | Gibsonton, FL | Hybrid | $110,000 - $126,000 We're hiring on behalf of a globally recognized biopharmaceutical company dedicated solely to brain health. The Role • Lead the promotion of a psychiatry portfolio by executing sales and marketing strategies with comprehensive clinical knowledge. • Develop and implement business plans using data-driven insights to maximize sales performance and resource allocation. • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and stakeholders within assigned accounts. • Develop deep expertise in the local market and therapeutic areas to identify and prioritize opportunities. • Navigate and understand reimbursement dynamics, including payer access issues (IDNs, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial). • Adhere to pharmaceutical and regulatory environments, including company policies and FDA regulations. What You'll Need • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university. • 2-5 years of pharmaceutical, biopharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device sales experience. • Proven ability to learn and certify on disease and product knowledge annually. • Strong self-starter attitude with a robust work ethic, tenacity, and exceptional communication skills. • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment. • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills to identify solutions and overcome obstacles. • Proficiency in data analysis using computer and technical tools. • Must reside within 40 miles of the territory boundaries and possess a valid driver's license with a safe driving record.
