The Role

• Act as the direct deputy to the Store Manager, overseeing efficient workflow management and team leadership.
• Ensure an exceptional shopping experience for customers, leading to high satisfaction.
• Handle all operational tasks within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Manage incoming goods, display products, and monitor best-before dates.
• Maintain freshness and stock levels for produce and baked goods.
• Perform cashier duties and assist with stockroom and cleaning tasks.

What You'll Need

• A passion for contributing to a strong and high-performing team.
• Completed vocational training in retail, or relevant experience in a similar field.
• A friendly demeanor and genuine enjoyment of customer interaction.
• A willingness to work diligently and proactively.
• Flexibility, teamwork, organizational skills, and some leadership experience.
• Good German language skills (minimum B1 level) for effective customer communication.
