5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.
SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.

Are you an expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge?

Purpose: Lead & design integrated sales & customer processes (functional SME support).

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the business process expert for Order-to-Cash functions (customer management, order processing, fulfillment, billing, returns, credit management, customer service).

Provide detailed knowledge of current sales, distribution, and customer service processes.

Participate in fit-to-standard workshops and evaluate SAP S/4HANA capabilities.

Review and validate business requirements, process designs, configuration decisions, and functional specifications.

Support testing (SIT/UAT), data migration validation, and cutover preparation.

Support change management, user training, and adoption activities.

Required Skills:

S/4 Finance certification preferred.

5+ years of expertise in SD, MM, EWM, Logistics, Sales Planning, Inventory Management.

Expert in Sales & Sales operations industry experience; end-to-end process knowledge.

Knowledge in SAP Signavio and SAP Cloud ALM required.
