Adobe Real-Time CDP Architect (AEP / RTCDP)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Adobe Real-Time CDP Architect with 10+ years in customer data, MarTech, and digital architecture, including 6+ years of hands-on experience designing and implementing Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP (RTCDP) solutions at enterprise scale.

This role will lead the end-to-end architecture of unified customer data solutions, enabling real-time personalization, identity resolution, and multi-channel activation across digital and operational ecosystems.

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in customer data platforms, MarTech, or digital architecture.
• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Real-Time CDP.
• Deep expertise in XDM schema design, identity resolution, and unified profile architecture.
• Strong experience with audience segmentation and multi-channel activation strategies.
• Experience integrating AEP with CRM, analytics, and enterprise data systems.
• Strong understanding of data governance, privacy, and consent management frameworks.
