The Role • Contribute to the structural and content development of a new child and adolescent psychiatric unit. • Provide diagnostics and therapy for children and adolescents, creating and implementing individual treatment plans. • Supervise junior doctors and develop your own supervision skills. • Participate in quality assurance and outcome measurement for the new unit. • Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams and benefit from knowledge exchange. • Engage in scientific work, pursue projects, and attend national/international conferences.
