What You'll Need • Completed three-year nursing qualification with relevant professional experience. • A degree in a nursing-related field (e.g., Nursing Science, Advanced Nursing Practice). • Advanced skills in statistical analysis, data collection, and processing. • Experience in Quality Management and implementing quality standards in a nursing environment. • Demonstrated ability to develop concepts and translate nursing science findings into practical application. • Strong organizational skills, team spirit, flexibility, and the ability to collaborate effectively across disciplines.
