Compliance Officer (11-Week Contract) Seeking a candidate with a High School Diploma (Bachelor s degree preferred) and strong written and verbal communication skills. Must have at least 3 years of experience working with the public in a professional environment, including 1 year of experience analyzing complaints and interpreting Florida State Statutes. Candidates should possess excellent customer service and organizational skills, be able to communicate effectively in English, document case activities accurately, and meet project timelines. Experience with Versa and OnBase systems is highly preferred.
