Job Description

Job Title: Full Stack Engineer (Java & Python with Angular)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Onsite)
Experience: 8+ Years


Key Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack applications using Java, Python, and Angular.
  • Build responsive and user-friendly front-end applications using Angular (React experience is a plus).
  • Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices-based applications.
  • Design and optimize relational database solutions using PostgreSQL.
  • Work with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Develop scalable backend services and integrate enterprise applications.
  • Build and maintain data processing solutions utilizing data lakes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, architects, QA, and DevOps.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, code reviews, and technical discussions.
  • Utilize AI-assisted development tools such as Claude Code or Cursor to improve development productivity.
  • Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and code quality.
  • Support CI/CD deployment pipelines and cloud-native application development.
Required Skills
  • 8+ years of Full Stack Development experience.
  • Strong programming experience in Java and/or Python.
  • Hands-on experience with Angular (React knowledge is a plus).
  • Strong understanding of Microservices Architecture.
  • Experience with PostgreSQL.
  • Experience with MongoDB or Azure Cosmos DB.
  • Experience working with Data Lakes.
  • Familiarity with AI-assisted coding tools such as Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Azure or AWS Cloud, including cloud-native architecture and deployment.
  • Understanding of infrastructure, networking, and distributed systems.
  • Experience with Machine Learning using Python libraries such as Scikit-learn or TensorFlow.
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps, and containerized deployments.
  • Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
